"Alliance" Glamping & motel

The Alliance Glamping & Motel is newly built and open  of 27 july 2020. It is the first ever effort to offer high-end city glamping.
A good reason for this is that it is located in the city of Plovdiv

Reasons to Visit Plovdiv:

• Allegedly the oldest continuously inhabited city in Europe; and also one of the oldest cities in the World – Plovdiv is contemporary of ancient Troy and Mycenae still standing proudly by the 7 hills;
• The rich cultural heritage which cumulated for 8 millennia – sites like the Roman Stadium in the heart of the city; the Ancient Theatre – one of the best preserved in the World; Roman mosaics in the Small Basilica and the Old Town of Plovdiv with its splendid Bulgarian Revival-style wooden-frame houses dating back to 18th and 19th c;
• The warmth and hospitable people – hanging around with locals will surely immerse you in the great, carefree atmosphere of Plovdiv;
• “Kapana” district – the area in the city centre dedicated to the creative industries;
• Cultural calendar – Plovdiv presents its touch of art & history. 
• Outdoor activities – whether it’s visiting the sports base near the Rowing Canal, climbing on top of one of the hills, or enjoying a walk in one of the parks. Plovdiv has it!

It is in a glorious scenic location, at the foot of the Rhodopi Mountains, yet only 6 minutes away from the city center, serviced by three lines of public transport.

The glamping offers 50 pitches, each 100 sq.m. , of which 39 are for motor homes / campers or caravans and 11 for tents. All pitches are equipped with fresh water points, sewer connections and 16 amper electric hook-up (optional – the electricity consumption charged). Connection to gas mains is also a possibility. Four pitches have outdoor private heated shower and WC (optional). Ten pitches have 25 sq.m. awnings above (optional). Each pitch is surrounded by a ligustrum hedge ensuring privacy. 45 fast-growing plane trees have been planted, which in a year’s time will provide shade to the entire site. High-speed wireless internet is available for free.

The glamping is HiTech/IoT-oriented without a reception desk. Our business model is pay-per-use, with pre-determined prices. One is able to book accommodation online, selecting the desired options and will receive a QR code for access to the pre-paid zones. Check in after 12.00 and check out before 12.00

The shared WC and bath has 4 ladies’ and 4 men’s toilets, 1 for disabled persons, 8 shower cubicles with individual changing rooms, a laundry with 2 laundromats, room for washing dishes with one dishwasher (optional), a pet bath, a facility for chemical toilets – one for manual and one for automatic washing of the tank, disinfection and pouring of the chemical in the tank (optional). Adjacent to this area is the carwash for individual washing of campers/RV/motorhomes.

You may also choose to stay at one of the attraction houses:
*the House of the Witch Baba Yaga reached across a suspension bridge over a swirling river , with (optional) breakfast room service via a funicular cable,
*a Hobbit Hole, or,
*the Royal Suite Carriage of the Orient Express, furnished in Louis xiv style, where you summon your bed, and switch on or dim lights, turn on the TV, draw the shades, open doors, even flush the toilet with voice command.

For noisy groups of up to 25persons, you may use the air-conditioned Party Gazebo, (optional), equipped with an electric BBQ with absorber, WC, fridge, sink with hot water supply, microwave oven and kitchen worktop and equipment.

There is an extra advantage of the complex that you can book rooms at the motel for your friends or children, travelling with you.
The motel has 3 single rooms, 36 double rooms with terraces, 6 suites with two terraces.

The restaurant is self-service with a broad selection of dishes, menu of the day, packaged cold and warm dishes and desserts.

After the exhausting travelling round the world, one may enjoy the unique SPA Center (optional) with an indoor aquatonic pool with 57 hydromassage points, sauna (optional), salt-steam bath (optional), ice room with ice water bucket and ice bowl, relax area and a selection of twenty types of massage (optional).

The conference hall seating 110 persons in rows, can be transformed into two halls for 70 and 25 persons. It is with natural lighting, and is equipped with high resolution multimedia.

There is a grocery store, selling fruit, vegetables and drinks.

A modern kids’ playground is equipped to entertain children of various ages.

The motel has a parking lot for 45 cars and a coach.
